This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely outdoor dining area. Staff once helped me with a local taxi recommendation that I still remember. I'll definitely come back for my next city trip!

The location was excellent, just a minute from the subway, and the penthouse room provided stunning views. However, the experience was overshadowed by a lack of assistance with luggage, dirty floors and bathrooms, and a significant absence of basic amenities like food and water. Overall, it felt more like a nightmare than a vacation destination, leading to a feeling of being scammed despite the deluxe room we booked.

We loved our stay at the blue moon! Having snacks available was a nice touch, too, especially after a long day out!

My children wanted a little more space to play. a small play area would’ve made our stay even better.
